Our client is an Auckland coeducational secondary school and they are looking for a NZ registered Te Reo Māori teacher, for a flexible full-time or part-time position, commencing as soon as possible.

The successful applicant will be employed under the terms of the Secondary Teachers’ Collective Agreement.

All applicants must hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Te Reo Māori or significant expertise in Te Reo Māori, and must be confident teaching at senior levels (Years 11–13). The school is open to tailoring the role depending on the strengths and availability of the successful applicant, with opportunities to also contribute to junior levels and wider cultural life.

Our client is looking for committed, collaborative teachers who are passionate about advancing Te Reo Māori in education. The school supports career development, including leadership pathways in Māori education. While an experienced teacher is preferred, we welcome applications from outstanding, early career teachers.
